Festive opening times

Our office opening times will vary slightly during December.

For admin queries or if you have already had a quotation you can contact us on our standard opening hours – you can see these at the top right of your screen.

For new quotations and renewals our contact centre and live chat support will be available at the following times until 2 January 2024:

• Monday – Thursday 09:00 – 17:30
• Friday: 17:00
• Saturday: 9:00 – 13:00
• Sunday: Closed

In addition our offices will be closed on the following dates:

• Saturday 23rd December
• Christmas Day
• Boxing Day
• New Years Day

You can purchase your Travel Insurance policy online anytime night or day. Simply select ‘Get a Quote’ and complete the required fields. In some instances, you may be required to speak to a member of our team. All quotes are saved and our team have access to these, so we can pick up where you left off.
